How does a shop get built one repair at a time?
The short version: Bryan started in the trade in 2002, learned paintless dent repair on the job, and narrowed the work to hail as the metro's storm volume grew. Everything below is the longer version.
Bryan founded Hail Solutions LLC in 2002 and has worked out of Olathe ever since. Early on the work was a mix of door dings, parking-lot damage, and word-of-mouth jobs for friends and dealers. As hail volume across the Kansas City metro grew, the shop narrowed its focus to hail work specifically — and that has been the only thing we do since.
He learned the craft the hard way, on the job, one dent at a time. No school teaches you how to read aluminum differently than steel, or how to feel through a rod when you are eighteen inches behind a panel. That comes from years of repetition. By the time Bryan opened his own shop he had already worked storm seasons across several states and repaired vehicles for dealerships, fleet companies, and individual owners, then brought all of it back to Olathe.
Over twenty-three years in the trade, Bryan has restored more than 5,000 vehicles. That count includes everyday sedans, aluminum-bodied F-150s, Teslas and other EVs, luxury European cars, commercial fleet work, and the occasional near-total-loss save where an estimator had nearly written the vehicle off. We have seen the dent patterns hail produces, so when a car rolls in we recognize the damage type before you are out of the driver's seat.
The Olathe shop is a permanent address, not a seasonal stop. The same location, in the same storm corridor, year after year — which is exactly what makes our lifetime warranty something you can actually use. When warranty work comes up, you know where to find us. We are not a traveling crew that disappears when hail season ends.
