Who we serve

Four fleet situations we handle regularly

Hail does not pick one car. It lands on a whole lot at once, and every business below has called us the morning after.

New-vehicle dealer lots

Lots along I-35, I-435, and Metcalf take the worst of a passing cell. We have triaged inventory for some of the metro’s largest dealerships across most major brands. Wholesale paintless dent repair rates, VIN-level estimates in CCC ONE format, and priority on the units closest to a pending sale.

Rental & used-car fleets

Revenue-service vehicles need to move quickly. Rental agencies and used-car operations want units back in rotation. We pull them from the lot in batches, cycle them through our Olathe shop, and return each one cleaned and inspected so the line gets back to earning.

Corporate vehicle fleets

Any fleet of roughly twenty vehicles or more across the Kansas City metro. Service companies, utilities, contractors, and sales fleets are often covered under a single commercial comprehensive policy that pays per VIN. We bill the fleet manager directly or coordinate with the carrier of record on the repair.

Insurance direct-repair

Some carriers route hail volume to a trusted shop in the market. If your fleet runs on a direct-repair-provider arrangement, have your carrier reach out and we will walk through how a Kansas City paintless dent repair partner fits the program.

How a multi-vehicle storm response runs

One channel, start to finish. Rather than treat fifty vehicles as fifty separate jobs, we run the whole event as a single coordinated response — survey, inspection, one consolidated estimate, then batch repair in the order that matters most to your business. Here is how the five stages go.

  1. 1

    Initial site survey

On-site within 24 to 48 hours of your call. We walk the lot, count affected vehicles by severity tier, photograph representative damage, and commit to a response timeline before we leave the property.

  2. 2

    VIN-level inspection

Every affected vehicle is inspected one at a time under portable LED line boards, with dents mapped panel by panel and classified to the CCC ONE matrix — the same system your carrier already processes.

  3. 3

    Consolidated estimate

One itemized estimate with per-VIN line items, so your accounting team or carrier of record receives documentation they can read without translation.

  4. 4

    Batch repair in priority order

Newest, highest-value, and closest-to-sold vehicles move first. We cycle groups of eight to twelve through the shop so your inventory clears faster than a shop working vehicle by vehicle.

  5. 5

    Delivery and invoicing

Repaired vehicles return to your lot, cleaned and inspected. Invoicing is net-30 for dealer and corporate accounts, or coordinated with the carrier when the policy is structured that way.

What wholesale fleet pricing looks like

Two things drive the per-vehicle number: how many dents are on the panel and whether the body is steel or aluminum. Volume lowers the rate because fleet work skips the per-customer overhead retail requires. Aluminum panels — Ford F-150, Tesla, Rivian, and luxury bodies — add roughly 25% because they take heat and specialized pulling. The ranges below are per vehicle; your committed volume and vehicle mix set where you land.

Light
50–100 dents · dime to nickel
Steel panels$1,500–$3,500
Aluminum$2,000–$4,500
Moderate
100–300 dents · nickel to quarter
Steel panels$3,500–$8,000
Aluminum$4,500–$10,000
Severe
300+ dents · quarter and larger
Steel panels$8,000–$15,000
Aluminum$10,000–$18,000

Aluminum in the fleet still carries the 25% markup

The material science does not change because the volume does. Aluminum-bodied vehicles need heat-assisted paintless dent repair and dedicated tooling whether they arrive one at a time or by the lot.

  • Flagged at triage. We mark every aluminum unit during the initial site survey, so nothing about the 25% is a surprise on the consolidated estimate.
  • Same standard at scale. A leased F-150 in a fifty-vehicle batch gets the same care as a single retail vehicle — factory paint preserved, no filler, no repaint.

Which carrier is your fleet policy with?

Most commercial comprehensive policies allow batch filing under a single event date. You file the claim — we never file it for you — and we hand you exactly what to have ready before you call. Pick your carrier for the specifics.

Net-30 invoicing and single-channel coordination

The administrative side is where fleet repair usually bogs down. We keep it to one signature and one point of contact.

One work authorization, not fifty

The fleet manager signs a single work authorization for the event. We submit one consolidated estimate with per-VIN line items, document the full scope in CCC ONE format when a carrier number comes in light, and invoice against the approved amount. That single-channel approach trims weeks off the paperwork compared with running each vehicle as its own retail claim.

Net-30 terms for commercial accounts

Dealerships, rental fleets, and corporate transportation accounts invoice net-30. When a commercial comprehensive policy is set up to pay the shop directly, we coordinate the repair with the carrier of record. Either way, your accounting team receives line-item documentation in the format adjusters already process.

Fleet and dealer-lot questions

Do you handle dealer lot inventory after a storm?

Yes — dealer-lot triage is one of our core fleet services. When hail hits a lot, you are looking at dozens or hundreds of vehicles that cannot be sold until they are repaired. A crew deploys within 24 to 48 hours, triages the inventory by severity, writes a VIN-level estimate in CCC ONE format, and works through the lot on wholesale paintless dent repair pricing.

What pricing do fleet and dealer customers get?

Wholesale, volume-based pricing. Per-vehicle rates run below retail because fleet work skips much of the per-customer overhead — no individual pickup scheduling, no one-off filing across different insurers. A moderate repair that lands at $3,500 to $8,000 at retail typically falls to roughly $2,500 to $3,800 on wholesale fleet pricing, depending on volume and vehicle mix. Everything is documented in standard CCC ONE format for your accounting team.

Can you work on-site at our lot instead of bringing vehicles in?

Often, yes — it depends on volume and vehicle mix. For large inventory events, we set up on-site with portable line boards and a crew. Smaller fleets and high-value vehicles come to our Olathe shop for the best lighting and tool access. We walk through the logistics on the first call and recommend the approach that keeps your downtime lowest.

Do you invoice commercial accounts net-30?

Yes. Net-30 is standard for commercial accounts — dealerships, rental fleets, and corporate transportation. We can also coordinate directly with the carrier on commercial comprehensive policies when that is how your coverage is structured.

How fast can a catastrophe crew respond?

Generally 24 to 48 hours in-metro, and within about 72 hours for outstate Kansas or Missouri. When a storm hits a major lot or a regional fleet, we scale up inside that window with paintless dent repair technicians we have worked alongside for years. The same quality standard applies to fleet work as to a single retail vehicle.

Who files the insurance claim on a fleet event?

You file your claim — we never file it for you. Most commercial comprehensive policies allow batch filing under a single event date, and we give the fleet manager exactly what to have ready for that call. Once the claim is open, we document the full repair scope in CCC ONE format and coordinate the repair against the approved amount. Filing stays with you; the repair is ours.
